Clauberg’s extensive experience in the biotechnology and life science industry will support new strategic initiatives and partnerships across Europe
Today, we announced the promotion of Ben Clauberg from Senior Director of Business Development to Vice President of Business Development overseeing operations for the company’s European region.
Ben has been with AGC Biologics for six years serving as Director and later Senior Director of Business Development, overseeing strategic business initiatives in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Israel for Mammalian and mRNA-based projects, as well as leading key account management activities for large pharma customers.

Ben has almost two decades of experience in the life science industry and held management roles in Technical Operations at Vetter Pharma and Rentschler before transitioning to Business Development and then joining AGC Biologics in 2018. With an Engineering degree in Biotechnology from University of Mannheim, Germany and deep experience in Process Technologies, Ben leverages his technical background to find most suitable solutions for our partners.
